Hasnah Thajib, President Commissioner

Graduated from the Philippine Women's University in Communications Arts. Prior to joining Batavia Prosperindo Aset Manajemen, Ms. Thajib served as the Vice President of various divisions including multinational business and corporate finance at the Chase Manhattan Bank where she worked since 1971.

Irena Iskandar, Commissioner

Irena Iskandar holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University in California and an MBA/MA from European University in Montreux, Switzerland. She joined the Batavia Prosperindo Asset Management in 1996, when it was first established and serves as a member of the board of several companies.

Rudy Johansen, Commissioner

Ruddy Johansen completed his study in Applied Science and obtained a Master of Applied Finance degree from Macquarie University. Experienced in finance and banking industry for over 15 years, he was Director of Finance Products with Canadian Imperial bank of Commerce ( CIBC ), an Investment Bank in Singapore. Rudy joined BPAM in July 2005 as President Director and since July 2009 he becomed as commisioner of BPAM.

Lilis Setiadi, President Director

Lilis has more than 14 years of experience in banking and fund management industry. Her last two professional positions prior to joining BPAM in July 2009 were Head of Mutual Funds Sales at Schroders Investment Management Indonesia, and Head of Global Securities Services at Deutsche Bank AG Jakarta.

Lilis graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and International Business.

She holds Investment Management license from Indonesian Capital Markets Supervisory Board (Bapepam-LK).

Rukmawati Gunadi, Director

She started her career as an accountant with Arthur Andersen for 7 years until 1997 where she entered the capital market industry by joining PT Millenium Atlantic Securities as a director.

She joined BPAM in 2004 as a commissioner and was appointed as the Compliance Director in October 2006.

Rukmawati holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Parahyangan Catholic University, Bandung.

Rukmawati holds WAPERD, WMI, WPEE and WPPE licenses from Indonesian Capital Markets Supervisory Board (Bapepam-LK).

Rudy Raharjo, Director

Joined PT Batavia Prosperindo Sekuritas in 2004 as Research Manager.

In 2008, he was promoted as a Director and is responsible for the investment activities in BPAM.

Ruddy graduated from Monash University with a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Management from the Institut Pengembangan Manajemen Indonesia.

He also holds an Investment Management License from Indonesian Capital Markets Supervisory Board (Bapepam-LK) and passed the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) examination level 3 in 2003.
